Hi, I'm Maria Ming

I've been a generalist HR professional for over 20 years, with the last 10 years at board level. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and I have a Masters degree in Human Resources.  In early life I studied Biological Sciences (BSc Hons), with a multitude of training courses in-between.  My passion is helping businesses achieve greater results through HR intervention.  I go above and beyond to make sure they get the results they need.

My sweet spot is working with leaders to truly understand their unique business needs and create HR strategies and solutions to align their people to the business goals. I have worked with start up organisations with a blank page to large organisations who have specific project needs.  I am completely flexible in my approach and will work with you to design your requirements no matter how large or small.
